Johanna Kelley
Founder
Johanna Kelley is the Founder and President of Enlaze Communications. As the founder and managing attorney of a U.S. law firm, she understands firsthand the operational pressure attorneys face when cases, client communication, administrative work, and team responsibilities continue to grow.
Her experience building and leading a bilingual legal team helped shape the Enlaze model: dedicated professionals, clear standards, close supervision, and support designed around the real workflows of law firms. Johanna helps guide Enlaze’s vision, service standards, and understanding of what attorneys need from a trusted outsourcing partner.
Johanna is fluent in English and Spanish and brings more than 20 years of experience connected to law, immigration, public policy, nonprofit service, government, and team leadership.
Heiva Kelley
Chief Executive Officer
Heiva Kelley serves as Chief Executive Officer of Enlaze Communications, where he leads company strategy, operations, and team development. A retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 22 years of leadership experience, he brings a disciplined and practical approach to strengthening the systems, standards, and team performance behind Enlaze’s dedicated bilingual support for U.S. law firms.
Heiva works closely with the Enlaze leadership team to guide organizational development, improve operational consistency, and ensure the company continues building around accountability, preparation, and dependable client support.
